Working Principle

 
The machine adopts VFD control system to adjust the speed of injection pump, conveyor belt and needle lifting device. Brine is injected into meat through multi-needles under adjustable pressure. The automatic needle protection system makes needles retract automatically when touching bones, effectively protecting needles and meat.
