Successful Installation & Commissioning of 500kg/h Artificial Rice Production Line in the Dominican Republic
We have successfully completed the full project delivery, installation and commissioning of a complete500kg/h artificial rice production line for a local food processing client in the Dominican Republic, marking another reliable overseas engineering achievement in the Caribbean market. The whole project proceeded smoothly from initial business communication to final stable operation, thanks to mutual trust and efficient cooperation between both parties.
The project started with in-depth business negotiations and on-site verification. The client visited our factory personally to inspect the equipment structure, production technology and manufacturing standards. During the visit, we conducted professional machine trial runs on the spot, demonstrating the stable performance, high production efficiency and finished product quality of the artificial rice production line. After fully understanding the equipment advantages, production workflow and technical parameters, the client confirmed the cooperation intention. After the contract was officially signed, both sides launched intensive preparation work simultaneously. The Dominican client actively promoted factory site renovation, layout planning and basic infrastructure preparation to create qualified installation conditions for the production line. Upon the completion of factory inspection and packaging, the full set of production equipment was delivered smoothly to the Dominican Republic as scheduled. After the goods arrived at the client’s factory, our professional engineering team went overseas to carry out on-site installation work. Spanning nearly one month, the on-site team completed equipment positioning, assembly, pipeline connection, circuit debugging and system optimization step by step, overcoming local site conditions and construction difficulties.
After systematic installation, repeated debugging and trial production tests, the entire 500kg/h artificial rice production line finally achieved stable and normal operation. The equipment runs smoothly with rated production capacity, uniform finished artificial rice quality and low failure rate, fully meeting the client’s commercial production requirements.
