Working Principle

 
The machine operates through a fully automated four-stage process:
 
  1. Continuous Feeding: Ground meat or raw material is loaded into the top hopper. Internal augers and paddles feed the mixture evenly and consistently toward the forming drum, ensuring uniform filling.
  2. Rotary Mold Filling: A rotating forming drum, fitted with custom-shaped cavities (round, square, or custom designs), receives the mixture. Excess material is scraped off, ensuring precise volume control for each patty.
  3. Forming & Pressing: As the drum rotates, each filled cavity passes under a precision pressing mechanism. The pressure compacts the material into a firm, consistent patty with the desired thickness and texture.
  4. Automatic Ejection & Discharge: At the final stage, air pressure or mechanical ejectors release the formed patties from the mold cavities. The patties are then conveyed out of the machine via a stainless steel mesh belt, ready for the next processing step.
