Working Principle
The machine operates through a fully automated four-stage process:
- Continuous Feeding: Ground meat or raw material is loaded into the top hopper. Internal augers and paddles feed the mixture evenly and consistently toward the forming drum, ensuring uniform filling.
- Rotary Mold Filling: A rotating forming drum, fitted with custom-shaped cavities (round, square, or custom designs), receives the mixture. Excess material is scraped off, ensuring precise volume control for each patty.
- Forming & Pressing: As the drum rotates, each filled cavity passes under a precision pressing mechanism. The pressure compacts the material into a firm, consistent patty with the desired thickness and texture.
