I. Pre-Start Preparation
- Lift the mesh belt conveyor, check whether all rotating parts of the mesh belt are in normal condition, and ensure the oil tank is thoroughly cleaned.
- Inspect the circuit and electrical components in the electric control cabinet for normal operation.
- Add oil into the oil tank to the working level, lower the mesh belt and upper cover. Before each oil filling, ensure the oil tank and oil drain pipe are free of water and impurities.
II. Operation
- Switch on the main power supply and control power switch.
- Rotate to release the emergency stop switch (the equipment stops when the switch is pressed).
- Touch the Start button (the device displays the operation interface).
- Toggle from OFF to ON.
- Open the lampblack exhaust passage.
- Set the frying temperature according to product requirements, then activate the heating system.
- Start the mesh belt, adjust the speed based on frying time, turn on the slag scraper and circulation pump.Note: When using palm oil, the mesh belt, slag scraper and circulation pump can only be started after full heating.
- Necessary fire-fighting equipment must be placed near the equipment.
- At least two operators must be present during operation; personnel shall not leave the equipment unattended while running.
- After production, turn off the main control switch. Cool the oil temperature below 120℃, wait 20 minutes, then lift the mesh belt, drain all oil to prevent seasonal solidification, and finally close the lampblack exhaust.
- Before cleaning or maintaining the oil tank, mesh belt and heating tubes: lift the upper cover and mesh belt to the designated position, insert the safety lever before operation. Reset the cover and mesh belt after maintenance.
III. Safety Precautions
- In case of oil tank fire during normal operation: quickly lower the upper cover to seal the tank, and immediately cut off power to the heating system.
- Close the two smoke outlet baffles.
- Use a dry powder fire extinguisher to spray into the gaps between the cover and tank at the inlet and outlet. Water is strictly prohibited to prevent hot oil splashing and scalding.
- If smoke or fire occurs in the electric control cabinet: immediately cut off the main power, use a CO₂ fire extinguisher to put out the fire. Water is strictly prohibited.
