Production Process Flow

Our streamlined process ensures efficiency and consistency, with a clear, easy-to-monitor workflow:
  1. Raw Material Mixing: Flour, water, and additives are fully mixed in a high-efficiency mixer to form a uniform dough.
  2. Screw Conveying: The dough is automatically transported to the twin-screw extruder via a screw conveyor, saving manual handling.
  3. Extrusion & Shaping: The twin-screw extruder cooks and extrudes the dough into thin sheets, which are then shaped into bugles or other desired forms by the composite shaping machine.
  4. Continuous Frying: The shaped snacks are conveyed to the continuous fryer for precise, even frying to achieve a crispy texture and golden color.
  5. De-Oiling & Seasoning: Excess oil is removed by the de-oiling machine, then the snacks are evenly coated with seasonings in a rotating drum for consistent flavor.
  6. Cooling & Packaging: The seasoned bugles are cooled to room temperature to maintain crispness, then packaged by an optional vertical packaging machine to preserve freshness and extend shelf life.
