  1. Clean the vacuum chamber, door and shelves with food-grade disinfectant after each use, and unblock the drainage pipe.
  2. Inspect the door seal for damage/aging, ensure tight sealing, and lubricate door hinges regularly.
  3. Check vacuum pump oil level and color, drain water from the oil-water separator daily.
  4. Verify the normal operation of compressor, fan, pressure gauge and temperature sensor before startup.
  5. Test emergency stop button and indicator lights to ensure safety.
 
Regular Maintenance
 
  • Replace vacuum pump oil every 1500 operations or 3-6 months.
  • Clean condenser fins and replace air filter elements monthly.
  • Conduct full inspection of electrical components and calibrate sensors every 6 months.
  • Professional overhaul of vacuum system and refrigeration system annually.
