This continuous rolling vacuum packaging machine realizes fully automatic continuous production through an integrated conveyor belt system.
- Feeding: Workers place the filled bags on the conveyor belt, and the belt automatically feeds the bags into the sealed vacuum chamber continuously.
- Vacuum Pumping: The vacuum chamber is closed and sealed, and the vacuum pump quickly evacuates the air in the chamber to a set high vacuum degree, completely removing the air from the bags.
- Heat Sealing: After reaching the required vacuum, the electric heating sealing bar heats and presses the bag mouth to complete a firm seal, followed by cooling to ensure the sealing strength.
- Air Breaking & Discharging: The vacuum chamber breaks the vacuum to restore normal pressure, the upper cover lifts automatically, and the conveyor belt sends the sealed bags out of the machine.
- Continuous Cycle: The next batch of bags automatically enters the vacuum chamber, repeating the above process to achieve uninterrupted mass production.
