Drum wood chipper brief introduction
It is widely used in chipboard factory, medium and high-density fireboard factory, corn straw factory, bioelectrogenesis factory and wood chipper factory in which the drum wood chipper is the first choice before chip preparation section for the manufactures in the process of production.
This machine has advanced structure, which can produce higher quality wood chippers. It has widely applicable original materials and is easy to maintain and repair. The main chipper materials are undersized log, wood process residue(such as twigs, branches, slab, plank, wood log, wasted veneer etc). It can also use to cut non-wood original materials(such as sugarcane, reeds and moso bamboo).
The machine can be combined by body, knife roll, top and low feeding roll, conveyor belt and hydraulic system.
The body is welded by high tensile steel plate and is the most fundamental part of the whole machine.
The knife roll can be equipped with 2 pcs, 3 pcs, 4 pcs of flying cutters which are settled with specially-made flying cutter bolt by the effect of pressure block. Based on different thickness of the cut raw materials, top feeding roller assembly can fluctuate within certain limits by virtue of hydraulic system. The qualified wood chipper will sift through the screener and discharge at the low part. Bigger wood chipper will be cut in the machine again.
Hydraulic system: it can start the cover lid through the circulation of pump to the tank. It is convenient for the change of the blades. The feeding roll assembly can be lifted at repair, which is convenient for the adjustment of the gap between flying cutters and dead knife as well as the disassembly and assembly of the comb plate.
