Our soy chunks production line is a fully automatic twin-screw extrusion system designed to produce high-quality textured soy protein (TSP/TVP), also known as soy meat, soy nuggets, or soy chunks. Using defatted soy flour as the main raw material, the line applies high-temperature short-time (HTST) extrusion cooking to transform soy protein into a fibrous, meat-like texture with high porosity and excellent rehydration ability. Ideal for vegan/vegetarian food, meat extenders, ready meals, canned food, and plant-based protein products.
