Working Principle
The colloid mill uses a high-speed rotating rotor and a stationary stator with precise micron gap. Material is fed into the hopper and enters the grinding chamber. Under strong shear, friction, turbulence and cavitation between rotor and stator, particles are crushed, emulsified and homogenized into fine and smooth texture. The gap can be adjusted manually to control final particle size for different products.
