Safety Precautions for Octagonal Mixing Machine

It is essential to follow standard safety rules when operating the octagonal food mixing machine to ensure personal safety, stable equipment operation and standardized food production.

Before operation, please check the power cord, grounding device and electrical components carefully to avoid electric leakage and circuit failure. Make sure all safety guards and protective covers are installed in place, never remove safety parts without permission. Check the mixing drum and internal parts for looseness or damage, and clean up all sundries inside the machine before feeding.

During working operation, keep hands, arms and tools away from the rotating mixing drum at all times. Never reach into the equipment while the machine is running to prevent extrusion, scratching or winding injuries. Do not overload feeding or put oversize hard materials, which may cause motor overload, jamming or mechanical damage. If abnormal noise, strong vibration, peculiar smell or material jamming occurs, stop the machine and cut off the power supply immediately for inspection.

For daily cleaning, maintenance and parts replacement, cut off the power supply completely and wait for the machine to stop running. Do not flush the motor and electric control box with high-pressure water to prevent water ingress and short circuit. Regularly lubricate the transmission parts and fasten loose components to maintain long-term stable performance.

Place the machine on a flat and non-slip ground, keep the working area dry and tidy. Only trained operators are allowed to operate the equipment. Correct operation and daily maintenance can effectively extend the service life of the food mixing machine and reduce production risks.
