Our batch type peanut coating machine (also known as peanut flour coater, sugar coating pan, or spherical coating machine) is a dedicated batch-processing unit designed for coating peanuts and other small nuts/beans with flour, starch, sugar, breadcrumbs, or seasoning powder. It is the ideal core equipment for producing fish skin peanuts, multi-flavor peanuts, honey-roasted peanuts, Japanese-style coated peanuts, chocolate-coated peanuts, and spiced broad beans.
How It Works
The machine features an inclined rotating pan (45–60° tilt) running at 15–30 rpm. Peanuts tumble continuously inside the spherical pan for 360° uniform rolling. A thin layer of syrup or water is sprayed first as a binder, then powder is added gradually. The peanuts build up an even, smooth coating layer by layer. One batch takes 3–8 minutes, with a capacity of 10–50 kg per batch. Optional hot air drying system ensures coating drying and anti-sticking in one pass.
