Complete Dog Kibble Production Line Introduction

1. Overall Process Flow

Raw material crushing → proportioning & mixing → twin-screw extrusion → drying → oil spraying & flavoring → cooling → screening → packaging → finished dog food

2. Core Machine Configuration

  1. Crushing Machine

Grind large granular raw materials like corn, wheat, beans into fine powder, ensure uniform raw material fineness for better mixing and extrusion effect.

  2. Mixing Machine

Mix animal powder, plant powder, oil, nutritional additives evenly at a constant speed. Realize precise batching of multiple formulas, stabilize daily nutritional ratio of dog kibble.

  3. Twin Screw Extruder (Core Equipment)

High-temperature and high-pressure extrusion molding. Different molds make various shapes (bone, heart, round, triangle). High-temperature sterilization during processing, improve food digestibility and expand kibble porosity.

  4. Multi-layer Dryer

Remove excess moisture from extruded wet kibble. Control water content stably, extend shelf life, prevent mildew and deterioration in storage.

  5. Oil Spraying & Seasoning Drum

Evenly spray animal fat, fish oil and liquid nutrition on kibble surface. Coating with flavor powder, enhance palatability, improve dog appetite.

  6. Cooling Conveyor

Lower the temperature of high-temperature dried dog food, reduce surface humidity, avoid soft deformation in subsequent packaging.

  7. Screening Machine

Screen out broken materials and fine scraps, ensure uniform finished particle size and improve product appearance grade.

  8. Automatic Packaging Machine

Quantitative weighing, bag making, sealing and coding. Support pouch, plastic bag, bulk packaging, realize fully automatic production.

3. Production Line Features

  • Fully automatic continuous operation, from raw material processing to finished packaging, save labor cost.
  • Flexible formula adjustment, suitable for high-protein meat-based formula, grain-free formula, puppy and adult dog special kibble.
  • Wide output range: small capacity 100–300kg/h, medium and large capacity 500–2000kg/h, meet different factory scale demands.
  • Low energy consumption, stable operation, whole line food-grade stainless steel material, easy to clean and maintain, comply with pet food production hygiene standards.
