The screw elevator mainly consists of driving motor, transmission reducer, spiral shaft, spiral blade, sealed casing, feeding inlet and discharging outlet.
Driven by the motor, the spiral shaft and blades rotate stably inside the closed cylinder. When raw materials enter from the feeding port, the rotating spiral blades generate axial pushing force.
Under the combined action of gravity and blade rotary thrust, the materials will be pushed upward or obliquely along the inner wall of the casing, moving steadily from the bottom feeding end to the top discharging end, so as to complete continuous vertical or inclined lifting and conveying of granular, powdery and small block feed materials.
The whole conveying process is totally enclosed, materials keep moving forward without free rolling back, realizing uniform, stable and continuous material transportation.
