2. Working Principle
The equipment is equipped with a closed thick-wall cast steel puffing tank. Through precise gas or electric heating, grain materials inside the tank are fully cured under a stable environment of 180–260℃ precise temperature control and 0.8–1.25Mpa working pressure. The internal moisture of materials rapidly vaporizes to form a high-pressure microporous structure. After reaching the preset technical parameters, the machine automatically releases pressure and opens the tank instantly. Driven by high-speed air flow, the materials expand and foam in a split second, forming puffed particles with a porous interior and crispy texture. The whole process adopts pure physical puffing without frying or additives, fully complying with global healthy food production standards.
