This stainless steel automatic strip cutter is specially designed for mass processing of potato strips, radish strips, lettuce strips, sweet potato strips and other root vegetables. Adopting electric pushing structure and replaceable grid cutting dies, it realizes one-step uniform strip forming, widely used in central kitchens, pickle factories, pre-cooked vegetable processing plants and fast food production lines.

Working Steps
- Preprocess: Cut raw vegetables into uniform-length segments
- Feeding: Put vegetable segments into the rear feeding bin
- Auto Cutting: Electric push rod pushes raw materials through front grid cutter
- Collect Finished Strips: Uniform vegetable strips drop down from the cutter head for collection
Maintenance Instructions
- After each production batch, disassemble the cutting die and wash all vegetable residues with clean water to avoid bacterial growth from vegetable juice.
- Add food-grade lubricating oil to the pushing guide rail regularly to guarantee stable pushing performance.
- Wipe the whole machine dry when not in use, store in dry and ventilated workshop to prevent water stain oxidation on stainless steel surface.
