1. Daily Maintenance (After Each Shift)
- Cut off power supply, close water and air valves, flush all tanks, mesh belts, brush rollers to remove ginger mud and residues.
- Unclog blocked spray nozzles with thin needles, drain all water from the machine to avoid rust and bacteria.
- Clean motor heat sinks, check belts, chains and brushes for wear or winding foreign objects.
- Wipe moisture on electric control box to prevent short circuit.
2. Weekly Maintenance
- Disassemble and clean circulating water filters and water pumps; repair leaking pipes.
- Lubricate all bearings and chains with food-grade lubricant; adjust chain tightness.
- Soak brush rollers to remove hardened mud, check roller sealing rings for water seepage.
- Blow dust inside electric cabinet with dry air gun, fasten loose wiring terminals.
3. Monthly Deep Maintenance
- Descale all water pipes with food-grade citric acid.
- Check gear oil of reducers and water pumps, replace turbid oil in time.
- Tighten all anchor bolts, calibrate conveyor belt deviation adjustment screws.
- Test emergency stop buttons and leakage protectors for safety.
4. Annual Overhaul
- Disassemble the whole line for polishing rust spots, replace worn brushes, bearings, seals and mesh belts.
- Maintain all motors, replace aging cables and valves.
- Run no-load test for 2 hours, record operation data.
Forbidden Operations
- Do not wash electrical components with water when powered on.
- Do not use strong acid or alkali cleaners to corrode stainless steel.
- Do not run water pumps without water, which will burn the motor.
- Only use food-grade lubricants to ensure food safety.
