1. Feeding & Pressing

 
  • Vegetables (onion, carrot, mushroom) go into the feeding hopper.
  • A hydraulic/pneumatic pusher presses materials downward to keep them stable and avoid shaking.
 

2. Centrifugal High-Speed Slicing

 
  • The internal centrifugal turntable spins at high speed.
  • Materials are pressed against the vertical circular blades and cut into even slices.
 

3. Strip Cutting (Shredding)

 
  • Sliced vegetables fall onto a set of horizontal cutter rollers.
  • These rollers cut slices into uniform strips of fixed width.
 

4. Dicing into Cubes

 
  • Strips move forward to the dicing cutter assembly.
  • A reciprocating cutter cuts strips into cubes at set intervals.

5. Discharging
