Core Working Principle
The machine achieves peeling through a combination of mechanical friction, high-pressure washing, and continuous conveying:
- Feeding & ConveyingRaw materials are fed into the machine from the inlet. The spiral guides on the rotating rollers push the vegetables forward continuously, ensuring a steady flow through the peeling chamber without manual intervention.
- Friction PeelingMultiple parallel rollers (made of food-grade nylon or steel wire) rotate at adjustable speeds. The abrasive surface of the rollers rubs against the vegetables as they tumble, removing the outer skin, dirt, and impurities effectively. Different roller materials and speeds can be set based on the hardness and peel thickness of the product.
- Spray Washing & Waste RemovalA high-pressure water spray system installed above the rollers continuously flushes away peeled skin, mud, and debris. The wastewater flows into the recycling tank at the bottom, where solid waste is filtered out. The clean water is then reused to reduce water consumption.
- Discharging & CollectionPeeled vegetables are automatically transported to the outlet and collected. The entire process runs continuously, eliminating the need for frequent start-stop operations and significantly improving processing efficiency.
