Working Principle
The machine adopts an inclined food-grade 304 stainless steel drum structure. Raw materials are fed into the rotating drum smoothly. With the constant rotation of the drum, ingredients tumble gently and fully adhere to flour, starch, seasoning powder or bread crumbs.
Excess powder is automatically screened and recycled. Equipped with a vibrating de-dusting device at the outlet, it removes floating powder on the material surface. The whole process realizes automatic feeding, rolling coating, powder filtering and discharging, which can be perfectly connected with battering machine and frying machine to form a complete production line.
