This full automatic pasteurization production line adopts low temperature long time (LTLT) and high temperature short time (HTST) pasteurization technology, which is widely used for food and beverage sterilization. The equipment gently heats products to a specific temperature range of 60°C–95°C and maintains the temperature for a precise period to effectively kill harmful bacteria, pathogens and spoilage microorganisms, while preserving the original nutrition, flavor, color and texture of food.
 
The whole continuous production line consists of automatic feeding, preheating, constant temperature pasteurization, heat preservation, cooling and discharging systems. Controlled by a stable PLC control system, the temperature, conveying speed and holding time are accurately adjusted to ensure uniform and reliable sterilization effect. After pasteurization, products are quickly cooled to room temperature or low temperature to stop thermal reaction and extend shelf life.
 
Made of food-grade SUS304 stainless steel, the pasteurization line meets international food safety standards, features easy operation, low energy consumption, stable performance and easy maintenance. It is ideal for milk, dairy products, juice, beverage, beer, canned food, pickles, vacuum-packed food, egg products and other packaged foods.
