How does the vacuum tumbler load and unload materials?

1. Feeding Process

1. Push the meat trolley filled with raw meat into the slot of the lifting machine and lock it securely.
2. Start the hydraulic cylinder. The whole cart is lifted upward to align with the feeding port of the tumbler.
3. The trolley flips automatically, pouring the meat into the tumbling drum. After feeding, the cart drops back to the original position and the empty trolley is pulled out.
4. Close the sealing cover of the drum, create vacuum, and start tumbling and marinating.

2. Discharging Process

1. Release the vacuum inside the drum and open the front sealing cover.
2. The drum tilts downward automatically and rotates slowly in reverse.
3. The materials inside the drum flow out of the feeding port by gravity and fall into the meat trolley below to finish automatic discharging.
4. After emptying all materials, the drum returns to the horizontal position for the next batch of feeding.
