The immersed tube tunnel fryer, also known as full submersion continuous frying production line, is an automated industrial frying equipment designed for mass food manufacturing. Unlike conventional floating-type fryers, it adopts built-in immersed heating pipes inside the oil tank. Raw materials are fully submerged in constant-temperature cooking oil while transported by variable-speed conveyor mesh belt, completing continuous feeding, constant-temperature frying, automatic residue filtering and de-oiling discharging in one closed tunnel line.
All parts touching food and oil are constructed with food-grade 304 stainless steel, complying with global food hygiene standards. It can be connected with preceding forming, batter coating, steaming machines and subsequent cooling & seasoning equipment to build a complete integrated food processing production line.

Main Machine Composition

The fryer consists of five core modular working systems:
  1. Immersed Tube Heating System
     
    Heating pipes are fully submerged under oil surface for direct heat exchange, featuring fast temperature rise and low heat loss. Four heating options available: electric heating, natural gas/LPG, thermal oil heating and biomass heating for different factory conditions.
  2. Frequency Conversion Conveying System
     
    Single-layer or double-layer pressing mesh belt optional. The top pressing net keeps floating food fully immersed during frying. Conveyor speed ranges from 0.5–5 m/min with stepless frequency control; frying time adjustable from 10 seconds to 15 minutes for different food formulas.
  3. Online Continuous Oil Filtration & Residue Removal System
     
    Equipped with front scraper coarse filtration plus external precision filter unit. Food crumbs and residues are continuously separated during production to slow down oil oxidation and extend edible oil service life effectively.
  4. Intelligent PLC Temperature Control System
     
    Adopts PID constant temperature control with working temperature from ambient to 200℃, temperature fluctuation controlled within ±1.5℃. Multiple product processing recipes can be stored on touch screen for quick formula switch between different food varieties.
  5. Electric Lifting Cleaning Structure
     
    Oil tank and whole conveyor frame can be lifted electrically for thorough internal washing, convenient oil draining and daily sanitation maintenance without dead cleaning corners.
