The circular batch fryer is designed for intermittent batch frying of snacks, nuts, bean products, meat products and other food materials. It adopts round tank structure, equipped with heating system, stirring system, temperature control system, automatic discharging mechanism and oil filtering circulation system.
- Heating and Temperature ControlThe equipment can be heated by gas, electric, thermal oil or steam. The oil in the round tank is quickly heated to the preset frying temperature (160–200°C). The temperature sensor monitors oil temperature in real time to realize constant temperature frying with small temperature difference.
- Batch Feeding and Uniform FryingRaw materials are put into the round frying tank in batches. The central rotating agitator runs slowly to turn over materials continuously. The circular design has no dead corners, which ensures all materials are heated evenly without adhesion, keeping uniform color and crisp taste.
- Timing Frying & Automatic DischargingSet frying time according to different products. When the time is up, the tank tilts automatically or the bottom discharge outlet opens to unload all finished materials at one time, then convey to the cooling process to complete one batch circulation.
- Oil Circulation and Residue FiltrationBuilt-in oil pump and filter device circulate and filter cooking oil continuously during working. Food residues are separated and removed in time to prevent oil deterioration and carbonization, effectively extend oil service life and reduce production cost.
- Smoke Exhaust and Safety ProtectionThe top smoke collecting hood discharges oil fume and water vapor quickly. Equipped with over-temperature alarm, dry burning prevention and overload protection to ensure stable and safe production.
