- Servo-Driven Synchronized FeedingHigh-precision servo motors drive the feeding mechanism, pushing the meat forward at a constant, blade-matched speed. This synchronization prevents jamming and guarantees uniform slice thickness throughout the batch.
- High-Speed Cutting & Natural Roll FormingThe hardened alloy blade slices the frozen meat cleanly. The rigid texture of frozen meat causes the thin slices to naturally curl into neat rolls as they exit the cutting zone, with minimal adhesion.
- Automatic Discharge & Cycle ResetFinished meat rolls slide onto the receiving tray. The system automatically stops and resets once the meat is fully processed, ready for the next batch.
