Working Principle of Electric Fruit and Vegetable Strip Pushing Cutter

  1. Material Loading
     
    Trimmed long strip fruits and vegetables are manually placed into the feeding barrel. The barrel fixes materials to prevent deviation during cutting.
  2. Power Conversion
     
    The driving motor outputs rotational power. The reducer converts rotary motion into reciprocating linear motion of the piston push rod and increases thrust force.
  3. Extrusion Cutting Forming
     
    The push rod pushes raw materials forward steadily. Materials are extruded through the fixed grid alloy cutter group. Vertical and horizontal blades cut the vegetables synchronously to form uniform strips, which drop out from the discharge outlet.
  4. Automatic Return & Cycle Operation
     
    After reaching the preset stroke, the piston rod automatically retracts to the original position for next feeding and continuous cutting processing. The frequency converter adjusts the push speed to match hard or soft raw materials.
  5. Safety Protection
     
    Equipped with safety baffle and emergency stop button; travel switches limit the moving range of the push rod to avoid equipment damage.

Supplementary features based on principle

Extrusion cutting produces neat incision with less crumb and low material loss. Different size strip specifications can be realized by replacing grid cutter molds. All food contact parts are detachable for easy water cleaning.
