Structure & Working Principle of Fully Automatic Continuous Peanut Frying Machine

The fully automatic continuous peanut frying machine is a professional industrial frying equipment designed for mass production of fried peanuts. It features full-process automation, constant-temperature frying, automatic slag removal and oil filtration, which effectively improves frying efficiency, ensures uniform product color and taste, and prolongs edible oil service life. All contact parts with food adopt food-grade 304 stainless steel, meeting international food safety and hygiene standards. Below is a detailed introduction to its complete structural composition and working mechanism.

1. Machine Frame & Insulation Housing System

The whole machine adopts thickened stainless steel square tube welded frame, which is sturdy, stable and anti-deformation, capable of bearing long-term continuous industrial operation. The outer shell is made of brushed 304 stainless steel plate with anti-corrosion, rust-proof and easy-cleaning performance. A high-density aluminum silicate thermal insulation layer is filled between the inner tank and the outer shell, which greatly reduces heat loss, saves heating energy consumption, and lowers the surface temperature of the equipment to avoid scald accidents and improve operation safety.

2. Core Double-Layer Mesh Belt Conveying System

As the core component of continuous frying, the double-layer stainless steel mesh belt conveying system is equipped with synchronous transmission chains and variable-frequency driving motors. Peanuts are stably clamped between the upper and lower mesh belts and transported forward at a uniform speed, effectively solving the problem of floating and uneven frying of granular materials. The mesh belt spacing is professionally customized for peanut processing, ensuring every peanut is fully and evenly soaked in oil. The conveying speed is adjustable via frequency conversion, which can precisely control the frying time (1–5 minutes) to adapt to different peanut frying processes and taste requirements.

3. Integral Frying Tank & Automatic Oil Replenishment System

The frying tank is integrally formed with food-grade 304 stainless steel, with seamless welding and leak-proof treatment. The bottom of the tank is designed with an inclined structure, which is convenient for slag gathering, cleaning and sewage discharge. Equipped with a high-precision liquid level sensor and automatic oil replenishment device consisting of an oil storage tank and oil supply pump, the equipment can automatically replenish oil when the oil level is lower than the set value, maintaining a stable oil level during continuous operation and ensuring consistent frying quality of finished products. In addition, it supports an advanced oil-water separation structure, which deposits residues in the water layer at the bottom, effectively isolating oil deterioration and extending the oil change cycle.

4. Multi-Mode Constant Temperature Heating System

To adapt to different production scenarios and cost budgets, the equipment supports three optional heating modes: electric heating, gas heating and thermal oil heating. The high-sensitivity temperature probe cooperates with the PLC intelligent temperature control system to realize precise constant temperature control. The adjustable temperature range is 0–230°C, and the conventional frying temperature for peanuts is stably controlled at 150–180°C with a temperature control accuracy of ±2°C. It avoids uneven heating, burnt or undercooked peanuts caused by temperature fluctuation, and guarantees stable product quality in batch production.

5. Automatic Slag Scraping & Circulating Oil Filtration System

During the continuous frying process, peanut crumbs and impurities will be generated inevitably. The equipped automatic bottom slag scraping device continuously cleans up floating slag and sediment in the oil tank to prevent carbonization of residues and oil deterioration. Matching with the oil pump and precision filter bag/filter screen, the full-cycle oil filtration operation is realized. The circulating purified oil keeps the frying oil clean at all times, effectively improves the color and taste of fried peanuts, and greatly reduces the oil replacement cost.

6. Electric Lifting System

The mesh belt is equipped with an independent electric lifting mechanism. When the equipment is shut down, maintained or cleaned, the mesh belt can be automatically lifted off the oil surface with one key operation. This design avoids long-term immersion of the mesh belt in oil, facilitates thorough cleaning of the oil tank and equipment maintenance, and effectively prolongs the service life of conveying components.

7. Smoke Exhaust & Environmental Protection System

The top of the equipment is equipped with a sealed smoke hood, matched with an exhaust fan and oil fume purification device. It can quickly and effectively discharge the oil fume generated during frying, avoid oil fume accumulation in the workshop, improve the production working environment, and fully meet environmental protection emission standards for food processing factories.

8. Intelligent PLC Electrical Control System

The whole equipment is controlled by an integrated PLC touch screen electric control system, with simple and intuitive operation. Operators can freely set parameters such as frying temperature, conveying speed and oil replenishment volume according to production needs. The system is equipped with complete safety protection functions including over-temperature alarm, low oil level reminder, motor overload protection and leakage protection. It supports automatic fault alarm and emergency shutdown, realizing safe, unmanned and continuous batch production.
