How Does the Automatic Continuous Peanut Frying Machine Work?

The automatic continuous peanut frying machine is a professional food processing equipment for large-scale production of fried peanuts and nuts. It adopts constant temperature frying, mesh belt conveying, oil-water separation and automatic residue removal technologies to realize fully continuous and unmanned operation.

Working Principle & Process

  1. Automatic Feeding

Raw peanuts are evenly delivered to the stainless steel mesh belt via the feeding elevator. Materials are spread uniformly to ensure consistent frying effect.

  2. Constant Temperature Frying

The heating system keeps the oil temperature stable within the optimal range. Double-layer mesh belts press down peanuts to prevent floating, so every peanut is heated evenly during conveying. The running speed of the mesh belt is adjustable to control frying time flexibly.

  3. Oil-Water Separation & Residue Removal

This machine applies oil-water separation design. Fried scraps and residues sink to the water layer at the bottom, instead of staying in the oil. The automatic slag scraping and circulating filtration system continuously cleans impurities, which effectively slows down oil oxidation, extends oil service life and reduces oil fume.

  4. Discharging & Post Processing

Well-fried peanuts are conveyed out of the oil tank continuously. They can be directly sent to the de-oiling machine, seasoning machine and cooling equipment to complete the whole production procedure.
