The continuous large-scale fryer is a fully automatic, high-capacity industrial frying system designed for mass production of fried snack foods and processed food products. Different from traditional batch frying equipment, this tunnel-type conveyor fryer supports 24-hour non-stop continuous feeding, frying and discharging, realizing standardized, unmanned and high-efficiency frying production. Premium Material & Solid Structure
The whole machine is made of food-grade SUS304 stainless steel, featuring corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, no rust and easy cleaning, which fully meets international food safety production standards. The thickened oil tank and reinforced frame structure ensure stable long-term operation without deformation, adapting to harsh continuous industrial production environments. The modular split structure of heating layer, frying layer and pressing belt layer is adopted, with liftable mesh belt support, greatly facilitating daily internal cleaning, residue removal and equipment maintenance, effectively reducing later maintenance costs.
Dual-Belt Uniform Frying System
Equipped with upper and lower double-layer conveyor belt design and adjustable pressing belt device, the equipment effectively presses floating materials to prevent floating, deformation and uneven frying. It solves the common problems of inconsistent color, local scorching and incomplete frying of traditional fried products. The frying distance between belts is adjustable to adapt to different material sizes, realizing one-time uniform frying for various products, ensuring consistent crispness, color and taste of finished products, and greatly reducing product damage rate.
Multi-Mode Heating & Energy-Saving Design
This industrial fryer supports multiple heating methods including electric heating, gas heating and thermal oil heating, which can be customized according to factory power supply conditions, production budgets and regional energy advantages. Optimized CFD simulated heat exchange structure forms a circulating thermal flow, prolonging heat retention time, improving thermal utilization rate and effectively reducing energy consumption. Compared with traditional frying equipment, it saves more than 20% of oil and energy, realizing low-consumption and high-efficiency production.
Intelligent PLC Automatic Control
Adopts advanced PLC+HMI intelligent touch screen control system with fully automated parameter setting. Users can freely adjust frying temperature, conveyor running speed and production beat according to product craftsmanship. The high-precision constant temperature control system achieves temperature accuracy within ±1℃, with stable and fluctuation-free heating. It is equipped with multiple safety protection functions including over-temperature alarm, automatic power-off and overload protection to avoid production risks. The whole production process requires minimal manual intervention, realizing one-person operation for the whole line and greatly saving labor costs.
Automatic Residue Filtration & Oil Purification System
Built-in automatic circulating oil filtration and bottom scraper residue removal system continuously filters food residues and impurities generated during frying in real time. It avoids oil oxidation and deterioration caused by long-term residue accumulation, effectively prolonging the service life of cooking oil, reducing frequent oil replacement costs, and improving the cleanliness and sanitation level of frying oil. The oil-water separation design further optimizes the frying environment, effectively reducing oil fume generation and meeting environmental protection production standards.
