Rice puffed machine(also called rice puff maker, rice extruder)is a food processing equipment that uses heat, pressure or screw extrusion to expand rice (and other grains) into light, crispy puffed snacks. It is widely used in small workshops and industrial production lines.

(2) Airflow/Steam Puffing Type

  • Principle: Grains are heated in a sealed chamber with hot air/steam to build pressure; sudden pressure release causes grains to puff.

Features: Oil-free, retains natural flavor, suitable for whole-grain puffing (e.g., puffed rice cakes).

(3) Small Household/Commercial Puffing Machine

Principle: Compact design with electric heating and pressure control, for small-batch production of puffed rice crackers or cakes.
