Pre-operation Inspection
- Check the gap between three rolls to ensure finished particle size meets standard, adjust in time if loose.
- Inspect roller surface for material adhesion, wear and cracks, keep roller teeth intact.
- Check tightness of belts and chains, ensure all safety guards are firmly installed.
- Confirm sufficient lubricating oil level, tighten all anchor bolts.
- Clean sundries at feeding inlet to avoid material blocking.
Operation Maintenance
- Start the machine with no load, start feeding materials stably after normal operation.
- Feed materials evenly, strictly prevent hard objects like iron and stones from entering the machine.
- Keep observing machine running condition, stop operation once abnormal noise and severe vibration occur.
- Stop power supply completely before clearing blocked materials, never clean materials during running.
- Regularly check finished material uniformity, adjust equipment timely if there is any deviation.
Post-shutdown Maintenance
- Cut off power thoroughly, clean residual feed inside the machine completely to prevent mildew and caking.
- Wipe dust and oil stains on machine surface to keep equipment clean and tidy.
- Clean residual materials in feeding and discharging pipes and hoppers.
- Check flexibility of buffer spring mechanism, lubricate and derust if stuck.
Regular Lubrication
- Inject high-temperature resistant grease into bearings every week; add grease every 3 days for high-speed running parts.
- Apply lubricating oil on gap adjusting screw rods and slide rails weekly for flexible adjustment.
- Clean dust and add engine oil on transmission sprockets and chains every half month.
- Replace gear oil of reducer regularly in accordance with operation manual.
Wearing Parts Maintenance & Replacement
- Repair or replace crushing rollers when teeth are severely worn.
- Replace deformed or fractured buffer springs immediately.
- Change aging sealing parts and dustproof sleeves to prevent dust from entering bearings.
- Tension loose driving belts timely, replace cracked and damaged belts directly.
Common Fault Prevention
- Excessive dust: check sealing structure and clean dust removal device regularly.
- Unstable particle size: fasten gap adjusting components, prevent roll gap offset.
- Severe vibration: level the machine body, reinforce foundation, inspect damaged bearings.
- Overhigh temperature: avoid overloading feeding, enhance ventilation and ensure sufficient lubrication.
Long-term Shutdown Storage
- Thoroughly clean all materials and dust inside and outside the machine.
- Apply anti-rust oil on roller surfaces and exposed metal parts.
- Cut off total power supply, cover the machine well and store in dry and ventilated place.
