The three roll crusher adopts two-stage extrusion crushing structure with three rollers arranged vertically, which combines coarse crushing and fine crushing into one unit.
Raw feed materials fall evenly from the top feeding hopper into the gap between the upper two rollers. Driven by the driving system, the two upper rollers rotate oppositely at differential speed to squeeze and shear bulk materials, completing primary coarse crushing.
After preliminary crushing, materials automatically drop down to the gap between the middle shared roller and the bottom adjustable roller. The secondary fine crushing is finished under smaller roller gap, so materials reach the required uniform particle size.
The bottom roller can adjust the gap freely to control finished material fineness. Equipped with buffer spring protection device, it can automatically retreat when hard foreign matters enter, effectively protect rollers and main body from damage.
With low-temperature extrusion crushing mode, it will not destroy original nutritional ingredients of feed raw materials. Finally, qualified granular materials are discharged smoothly from the bottom outlet for next processing procedure.
